kratom

He came in to the lab to ask if he could come over and weigh himself. He thinks he lost weight this week because he has been drinking a newly acquired weight-loss tea. Since I used to work at GNC, naturally I asked what was in it. "Something with 25 different alkaloids." To make a long story short, it is some drug he ordered online. After lecturing him about how unhealthy that sounded and how people need food and he should know that because he is a physiologist he said, "Do you want to try some?" "YES SURE!"

He came over that very night to "cook some up". He poured some of the baggie contents, which looked like crushed leaves, into a kettle of water and we waited 30 minutes for the chemicals to seep into liquid. I asked to see the bag so I could read about it. "Oh, it didn't come in one. Just this baggie." "Nice."

After one bitter disgusting cup he asked if I felt any thing. "No, I don't think so." "Is your mouth numb?" "Well, now that you mention it, yes. Weird." He then proceeded to tell me that one of the side-effects was being itchy. "Itchy where?" "Everywhere." "Great."

Once the second cup was consumed, my arms suddenly got heavy and very relaxed. My legs, arms and face were itching like mad for the rest of the night. I was wired and wanted to go out to play. I googled "kratom" and discovered the
following...

In low doses (10 gram) it induces mild euphoria and reduces fatigue. Low doses do not interfere with most ordinary activities, however, one should not drive or perform other activities that require full attention. At strong doses (20-50 grams) the effects are profoundly euphoric and immensely pleasurable.
Typically people describe the effects as dreamy, ecstatic, and blissful. Many people experience closed-eye visuals. Strong doses must only be used when one can devote several hours to the experience itself.

I suppose that my car battery was dead was a good thing. The next morning I suffered a mild hangover.

Don't worry, it is legal... unless you are in Thailand.

it didn't supress my appetite!

you don't need metabolife... you just need to climb! Oh yeah, and you're not fat!

Much of the kratom currently on the market is much stronger than whatever was evaluated to give those dosage requirements. Malaysian kratom from LoveLeaf Garden delivers stimulant effects at only 1-2 grams, and narcotic effects at 5-10. It would make you very sick to consume 20+ grams of it.
