Tonight was my last tap dance class. I learned three songs during the last 10 weeks. I have always wanted to tap dance and I am happy I got a little taste but very sad to leave them. I wanted to to keep going forever but given I am now a "climber", I figured I should eliminate all other extracurricular activities. The dancing was awesome but I think my favorite part was the people. They are all so friendly and kind. Even the lady I thought was mean in the beginning warmed up after a while. She even made a funny joke...
The instructor told everyone that it was my last day and I was getting a Ph.D. in the spring. The mean-turned-nice lady said, "Don't you think you should finish high school first?"
