This is what she gets for saying things like, "We are going to be a whole week stronger than you." and "You are the only person who I have ever beat at arm wrestling." and "I used 10 lb dumb bells for biceps on Tuesday" [I use 3-5].

Yes...she also added..."I'm 4 times your size, therefore, by pure largeness I should be able to dominate your arm"....
