work from home

I am not sure how people can be successful working from home. I just took a shower for the first time since Sunday, all I do is work a little, eat a lot, work a little eat while I watch a movie. The past two days have been much better and I am putting in a full day before I start completely slacking. Lily keeps giving me strange looks, as though she is wondering why I never leave any more. And I realize that is all coming from my head because she is a cat. And cats probably are not that judgmental. I see now that there was no way I could have done this while teaching. It is taking so long even when I literally have nothing else to do.
