terseness

Things that suck lately:

After waiting in line at the new starbucks for 20 minutes, I did not get the greatly anticipated gingerbread latte because they were out of soy milk.

Being addicted to gingerbread lattes

2-3 months

A winter quarter without her

Being alone in the lab

Walking

Not enough time

Mistakes in answer keys

Being crappy at everything

Things that rule lately:

Independent films

My roommate because she makes life very simple for me by doing things like this before I wake up:

Seeing her three days in a row.

Kiwis I don't have to care about but who I still like because they notice things like hands and axl rose moves

Two weekends in a row of unexpected dancing dressed as a camper among formal attire.

Vegan restaurants across the street from school

The L-word

Saw III

Popcorn for dinner

Pomegranates

I climbed a 5.10d and good climbers are starting to talk to us about difficult routes and we laugh because they go home and "think about them"

The election results... for the most part

One does not rectify the other... they just are what they are.

things that suck: elderly people who are told they have to go to a nursing home...and give up their dog;a 9 nine year old who died 8 days after hanging herself in her closet;
things to be happy about: we have our health, and climbing is a possibility, and we can afford starbucks

I agree with Charlie... if they can't properly take care of the pet they shouldn't own it. They need to take responsibility and be realistic about their abilities.

can't take care of it? did they ask to have a stroke? oh and let's see... loverboy...was he owned by an old person? you are both out of my will!!

you will each get 1 dollar for every 100 dollars that you could have had. lets see, that would be about 800 dollars each. don't spend it all in one place.

Vegan restaurants across the street? Climbing a 5.10d? Gah, I'm so jealous! I probably couldn't even climb a 5.8 now. I haven't gone back to the climbing gym since I fell off the wall in..... July?
