new rules on campus

Isn't it such a relief that we no longer need to use common sense? That we will walk our bikes where it says walk, travel no faster than 8 miles per hour in the given lane and walk where there are large white men painted on the path? As pedestrians, we do not even have to look both ways before crossing due to the large flashing signs to warn others of our potential presence, as long as we walk in the restricted areas. However, failure to comply with any of the above rules will result in financial suffering. How else will they pay for the lights and the paint and the labor of the bike/pedestrian police waiting for you to mess up?

Crap! Now were going to have to walk 8mph? I was barely doing the 3.8mph walk before!

Wow. Are these real cops? I mean, do they think that they are real cops? This is really strange to me.

PLEASE hurry and blog again as I have grown quite weary of the rules and regulations photos. Thank-you ever so much.
