overcompensation

It must be because their lands are so flat, they need to overcompensate by having incredibly tall climbing walls. I now see why she rarely climbs. We had to ride our bikes to the train station, take the train to the haag, walk to the wall, climb, and then reverse. Except reverse was in the rain. I was just standing there, so I helped the guy who tipped over many bikes in order to free his from the mess. He kept talking to me in Dutch but I only just ignored him and kept lifting bikes. I need to stop that reaction. I do it to Heidy too when she tries to talk to me in spanish. I just act like I don't hear anything. Finally Patricia started talking to me in English so he switched over. I am such a coward... they all pretty much speak english.

Anyway, the walls. SO TALL! It was a trade-off between technically challenging and being able to actually reach the top without your arms falling off. I loved it. The ratings were different and the textures were different but my arms still burned and we still did not do the commands and we still had fun. And since this in Europe, we took a tea break!
