to change a child

The elder child currently has a behavior modification plan she is to follow strictly. She has no freedom, her room is free of "stuff" and must act accordingly. We introduced this plan yesterday and she cried for a few minutes and then went to work. I am shocked by the lack of resistance. Hopefully it continues this way!
